Final Media Compilation Top 25 of 2013

The high school football season is now complete and Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington has climbed the mountain and planted its flag as national champions.

Head coach Ice Harris told NationalHSFootball.com that this was a mission which started at the end of the 2012 season and has been an amazing journey to get to this point.

His Tornadoes tore threw all six human polls and secured the top spot in the Media Compilation Top 25.

The polls of record are the NationalHSFootball.com HSFB100; StudentSports Fab50; Scout Top 50; USAToday Super 25; MaxPreps Xcellent25; PrepNation Top 25; and Freeman Computer Top 25.

Each team is given points from 40 to 16 for being inside the Top 25 of each of those seven polls, with 40 being for No. 1 and on down to 16 for No. 25.

Stunningly the only unanimous selection of the entire season was that Allen (Texas) High was the No. 2 team in the country.
